Using WordPress Multisite, the three websites for submitting repair orders, submitting purchase requests and ordering via the online shop are connected as a complete system with the same user database.
The checkout is extended with a multitude of partly interdependent fields to query all necessary repair data, clearly divided into individual checkout steps.
After sending, the dynamically created PDF order with all filled out fields and barcode is available for download and is attached to the order confirmation e-mail.
The transmitted data is stored in the database and can not only be viewed via backend, but is also sent to the company’s internal invoicing program.
The complete website including the individual fields can be completely translated in the backend via WPML.
